NIALL FARNON
Niall is an Irish-trained Optometrist who first came to Trinidad in 2001. He has worked in multiple areas of Optometry. He is passionate about Optometry and the prevention of vision loss.
He has spoken at several conferences from Trinidad to Hyderabad, to Puerto Rico to the European Academy of Optometry and Optics in Berlin. His lectures range from contact lenses, spectacle lenses, myopia management, sports vision, pediatric optometry and also patient management.
Niall is a Fellow of the International Association of Contact Lens Educators (FIACLE), the only one in the English-speaking Caribbean and one of four in the whole of the Caribbean and Central America. He obtained his research doctorate from Ashton University in the UK in 2022. He is the only Optometrist in Trinidad and Tobago with this qualification.

LESLEY PHILLIPS
Lesley is your friendly, neighbourhboood optometrist. Lesley is a British-trained optometrist who has been practicing for over 14 years.
Lesley’s deep fascination with the world of eyes and optometry started at the young age of 7 when she was diagnosed with myopia (short-sightedness) and started wearing glasses. Fast-forward to today, and she can proudly say that her childhood passion turned into a rewarding career.
Lesley was a previous executive member of the Trinidad and Tobago Optometrists Association, assisted in drafting protocols and training new optometrists in her previous employment. She also worked at an ophthalmology clinic screening patients for refractive eye surgeries.
As a dedicated optometrist, her mission is to enhance vision and elevate your overall eye health. Whether it is prescribing the perfect lenses, conducting comprehensive eye exams, or guiding you through the exciting realm of eyewear fashion, she is here to provide top-notch care and support.
KELLY RICHARDS
Kelly is one of the first faces you will meet at TOC. She always has a wonderful, friendly smile as seen in this photo.
She has a genuine passion for customer care, and we are thrilled to have her as part of our amazing family.
With a rich background spanning approximately 18 years in the optical industry, her journey has been fulfilling and rewarding. It is because of her experience, passion and good-nature that she was hand picked to join our team.
She is dedicated to assisting and meeting patient’s expectations and strongly believes that taking care of your eyes is vital for overall health and happiness.
